1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to the Thrifty Trendz website. Do read through the following Terms of Service carefully before using the Site or any of our Services. By browsing our Site, you'll be agreeing to our Terms. The Terms are here for you, to avoid any confusion


1.2 This document and any documents referred to within it will collectively make up the 'Terms of Service'.


2. Privacy

2.2 Any personal data obtained through the use of the Services will only be in use during a transaction and can be removed from the database upon request.


3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 Currently we support cash on pickup, cash on delivery if an agreement is reached to meet the customer somewhere someplace.


3.2 Currently sales can only be conducted if the customer is in the city of Yangon.


3.3 All sales on the platform are binding. Thrifty Trendz is obligated to complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner unless an unexpected circumstance arises.


4. Seller Commission

4.1 The seller of any item/service will pay us a commission on the total transaction amount received by the purchase. 


4.2 Profits generated from a commission (minimum 10% in all transactions) will be put into a charity of the buyer's choice.
